"Good food , very bad service. Have had takeaway twice .. one the pastry had a corner missing when I opened it at home .. then ordered a few patties, when I had a look at the bill they had charged service charge … for takeaway ??? The people manning the shop seem to think that people don’t notice them trying to sneak in random charges or bad food .. but all they do is drive away customers .. *** edited to reply below *** Bill was for 2 tea cakes and 3 chicken patties last week .. i no longer have it .. pastry was from 4 months back, i still remember the disappointment when i took it out and it was only 3/4th present. I’ll come again another time, and depending on charges on bill or items will edit the stars and review. Till then pls review ur service, I could be the next person buying"

"Horrible shop. Ordered their cake via zomato, instead of chocolate, they used food color. It tasted horrible and we had to throw away the cake. On asking for a refund, they denied saying zomato only can refund. Zomato refunded only 20% of cost. Refund aside, the quality was very poor. Lost our trust in the bakery. Don't order from here if you don't want to risk your health. Attaching some photos of food color sticking to hands and plates."

From the moment I took my first bite, I could tell that this cake was made with love and attention to detail. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was incredibly moist and indulgent.Not only was the cake delicious, but the presentation was also impeccable. It was evident that a lot of care went into its creation, and it truly elevated the whole experience. Additionally, the customer service was exceptional to take my order and deliver it under 2 hours .The staff was eager to assist.
